Every now and then, we get a craving for something indulgent (let’s be real – who doesn’t?). So, we crafted this super easy and delicious smoothie recipe that is the perfect breakfast or snack – and satisfies those cravings!
Chocolate Avocado Chixi Butter Smoothie
What you’ll need…
- 1 banana (preferably, ripe!)
- 1 avocado (preferably, ripe!)
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. Unsweetened or Lightly Sweetened Chixi Butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk
- Handful of ice (cubed or crushed)
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (approx. 1-1 1/2 minutes). Enjoy immediately (or freeze as a part of your weekly meal prep!).
