The spring season is here and that means brightly colored blooms, spring sunshine and warmer weather (thank goodness). Now that you have your springtime allergies managed, it’s time to kick back and relax with a refreshing mocktail. Whether you are hosting a family brunch, a graduation party or a backyard BBQ with friends and neighbors, here are seven fun mocktail recipes perfect for the springtime season.

#1 All That Razz Mocktail

Add chilled Raspberry Lime Spindrift to your favorite glassware then top with a squeeze or two of  lime juice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

#2 Blackberry ‘Bucha Breeze Mocktail

Layer crushed ice and kombucha into your favorite glass then add Blackberry Spindrift. Top with a wedge of lemon and fresh mint leaves for garnish.


#3 Green Fields Mocktail

Muddle mint leaves in shaker then add all ingredients. Give it a good shake then pour in a fancy glass and top with seltzer if desired.

#4 Sparkling Strawberry Lemonade Basil

Ingredients:

  • Lemon or Strawberry Spindrift
  • ½ Lemon
  • 8 Fresh Strawberries, Sliced
  • 3 Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Ice

Directions:

Squeeze lemon juice into a serving glass then add strawberries and basil leaves. Muddle ingredients until thoroughly combined. Strain into two glasses over ice then top with lemon or strawberry Spindrift and garnish with fresh strawberries.

#5 Sparkling Watermelon Breeze

Add fresh watermelon squares and mint leaves to glass and muddle together to create a delicious watermelon mint juice. Top with a layer of lemon Spindrift then garnish with a small watermelon cube and fresh mint leaves.

#6 Spicy Sour Mocktail

*Adapted from the Spicy Bourbon Sour by Evolution Fresh

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz. Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz. Agave or Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz. Evolution Fresh Spicy Lemonade (You can also use 3 oz. of sparkling lemon water)

Directions:

Stir all ingredients together then pour over ice and enjoy! Add a slice or two of fresh lemon for a touch of garnish.

#7 Thai Coconut Pina Colada

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Thai Coconut Pina Colada Almond Juice from Origin Almond
  • ⅛ cup Crushed Ice
  • Fresh Pineapple Wedges (Optional)
  • Cherry (Optional)

Directions:

Place crushed ice and Thai Coconut Pina Colada Almond Juice in a shaker and shake. Pour into a glass and top with a wedge or two of fresh pineapple slices and a cherry of your choice for a pop of added color.
